Community Involvement

We encourage employees to support non-profit organizations that they are passionate about through requests for company grants, matching gifts through the Pohlad Family Foundation and by volunteering their time and talents. In addition, CWN employees participate in an annual CommUNITY Day service project to support a non-profit organization in North Minneapolis.

Since 2010, CWN has concentrated on making a difference in North Minneapolis with organizations such as Unity House, North United Methodist Church, Ascension Place, Sojourner Truth Academy and Hospitality House Youth Development, delivering goods and services with an estimated contribution value of more than $1 million.
