MINNEAPOLIS (April 4, 2012) — Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq (C&W/NorthMarq)  recently announced that it has secured a 114,000-sq.-ft. lease for Delkor Systems in the Arden Gateway Center located at 4300 Round Lake Road West in Arden Hills. Delkor Systems provides high-quality, innovative end-of-line packaging equipment serving many industries. Delkor Systems will take occupancy later this month.
